Any advance or upfront payment paid to Pro ITPULP Pvt. Ltd. will not be refunded.
Any payment will be refund to the original payment mode in any project development, if there is any refund condition mentioned in the quotation/proforma/invoice against the same project.
Any payment will be refund to the original payment mode, if the transaction is related to testing of any website in development or maintenance phase.

Cancellation

Cancellation of any service or project in development may or may not related to any refund as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the quotation/proforma/invoice
